• MIX 4 fl. oz. (8 tbsp) CVM3 concentrate into 1 gallon Reverse Osmosis or Distilled water to produce CVM3 DRINKING WATER.
• INITIAL USE: Drink 4 fl. oz. (8 tbsp) of the CVM3 DRINKING WATER twice daily, upon waking and then 4 - 6 hours before bedtime for the first month.
